CAN YOU TELL ME IF YOU'RE GETTING AN ITEM BACK IN STOCK?
We don't currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we don't tend to restock a lot of our items again. You could look for something similar? All you need to do is type a description or trend into the search box on our website. You can narrow down the selection by using our 'Refine By' section on the left hand side of the screen. It's always worth keeping an eye on our Back in Stock section for items that have been restocked - click here for Men and here for Women. Our New In section also includes all our latest items, so it's worth a look!
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR SIZE GUIDE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our product pages.
If the size guide isn't available on the product page, it's because some brands' sizing differs slightly to ours.
Just click on the 'Size Guide' button on each product page or check out our women's and men's size guides for measurements, fitting tips, washing tips - everything to make sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.
Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes.
Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organise into whites, darks and colours.
The care label washing temperature is the highest permitted temperature. But if you are unsure, always wash at a lower temperature rather than higher.
Rinse swimwear immediately after use and do not wring.
Turn garment inside out before washing.
Avoid using too much detergent.
Do not use fabric detergents which contain bleach.
Do not tumble dry garment unless indicated on the care label.
Do not iron prints, trims or embellishments.
Do not leave garments with white and contrast coloured panels soaking for prolonged periods.
Garments with metal trims should not be left to soak.
We recommend treating suede & nubuck with an appropriate protector before wear.
A suede brush will help to keep the nap raised & the suede looking new.
If your shoes get wet, stuff them with newspaper and dry naturally, away from a direct heat source.
This will prevent the outer materials drying out and cracking.
Unless otherwise stated, trainers and canvas shoes should not go in the washing machine.
If they get dirty, let them dry and remove the excess dirt with a clean bush or cloth.
For heeled products, check top pieces (heel tips) regularly & when they start to wear down take them to a good shoe repair shop and have them replaced to avoid slipping or causing further damage to your shoes.
When purchasing leather products please remember that it is a natural product & some variations between pairs in terms of colour and finishes may occur.

CAN I BUY PRODUCTS WHOLESALE?
On each product page displays two prices - retail and wholesale. Volume discounts depend on the quantity of one model, one color, one size in the shopping cart. Volume discounts are automatically applied in the shopping cart when you add the required minimum quantity for discounts. The minimum quantity to get wholesale price listed on each product page.
CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?
If you notice an item that you like, but don't want to buy, you can add it to your favorites, where it will be stored for 60 days. It does not reserve the item for you, it still can someone to buy.
If you add something to cart, this item will be reserved for you for 60 minutes, after which, if the order is not paid, the items are offered for sale.
If the desired item is not available in the desired size or color, we cannot book this for you or to inform you if we will replenish our stocks. If it reappears, we will put it on sale, so keep checking our website and watch for updates.
DO YOU HAVE AN CATALOGUE THAT I CAN SHOP FROM?
We don't have a catalogue - with thousands of items to choose from and hundreds added every week, it would be impossible to keep up to date if we did.
Instead we put all our energy into providing you with a website where you can shop 24 hours, 7 days a week, where we can show you what the clothes look like both in pictures and catwalk videos.
We’ve got a number of ‘New In’ sections where you can check out all the latest arrivals. Just hover over the ‘Women’ and ‘Men’ options at the top of the page and you can browse each of our categories.

If you’re searching for a product you’ll need to go back to our Home page and use the search bar at the top of the page. The search bar on our Help pages is only for Help page answers.
You can also browse each category of product using the tabs at the top of this page. Just hover over them and you can select the type of items you want to look at.
We’ve also got a full list of the brands we stock for both Men and Women which you can browse to see if we’ve got your favourite. Chances are we do with over 800 brands available!
WHY CAN’T CERTAIN ITEMS BE SHIPPED TO MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Due to the various distribution contracts we have with our suppliers, we’re not able to ship a small number of brands to certain countries.
If there are any shipping restrictions on an item then this information will be included on the product page. Any exclusions are listed under the ‘Save for later’ button.
If you've added an item to your bag that can't be shipped to your address, you won't be able to complete your order at the checkout stage. We’ll notify you at the checkout of any items that can't be shipped to the address you’ve selected.
To be able to complete your order, you'll need to remove any items from your bag that can't be shipped to your delivery address.
